If you already have a plan you'd like to discuss, awesome! Please schedule an appointment below or email, text or call. We'd be happy to meet you to discuss your dream house.
Need a plan? No problem. We work with numerous architects, any of whom can create a fantastic plan. We're happy to provide a referral.
Once a plan is in hand, we'll meet to discuss the project, your goals and desires, specifications, project timeline, and any and all other questions you may have.
It's during this phase that we'll get acquainted with one another, develop rapport and a sense of whether we want to work together to bring your plan to life. This initial phase can be just one meeting or as many as necessary to get everyone comfortable that a good match has been made.
Once we decide to work together, we'll create an action plan to include a budget, project specifications and timeline. We'll work closely with you and/or your architect or designer and our vendors to gather information we'll use to budget the job and formulate a strategy for seamless execution of the plan. It's very much a collaborative effort!
Still in love with your home, but feel like it's a little outdated? Need a more functional kitchen for the chef of the house?
Just bought a house, but want to change the floorplan or add to it?
Let's talk about it!
There are many reasons to consider remodeling, just as there are reasons not to do it! We'll help you sort through the complexities.
As with new construction, we work off of plans for remodels, too. The remodel plan is the roadmap we use to know what's staying, what's going and what's new. It's an essential part of the process. And, we'll need a plan before we can discuss a project in detail.
On occasion a client will ask us to collaborate with them, their architect and/or designer before a finished plan has been developed. In some cases, we'll agree to do so. Let's talk about it!
Questions to ask yourself when considering a remodel, renovation or addition include:
1. Where are we going to live during the project?
2. Are we emotionally and monetarily equipped to deal with inevitable hidden conditions revealing themselves during the project?
3. Would we be better off building new?
4. What is worth saving and what must go?
Want to build but don't have a lot yet? No worries. We can help you find the perfect lot on which to build.
The principal of our firm is a licensed Texas real estate broker, too, with many years of practical experience buying and selling properties.
We have membership in the local board of realtors and the MLS system, which provides timely and accurate information on all properties in the system.
Over the years we've had good success buying properties that are not officially on the market. Do you have that perfect lot picked out, but it's not on the market? No sweat. We're experts at finding owners and making deals for "off market" properties.
